Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@terresainte.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

14-day EU legal right of withdrawal
If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten business days.
