TERMS OF SERVICE — TERRE SAINTE

These Terms govern the use of the online store terresainte.eu, operated by TERRE SAINTE, registered office: Rue de la Cambre 316, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Belgium. By accessing our store and making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

ARTICLE 1 — ACCOUNT AND ACCESS

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary depending on your screen. We reserve the right to modify or remove any product at any time.

Every order constitutes a purchase offer. TERRE SAINTE reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. Orders are only confirmed after payment has been received and processed.

ARTICLE 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering. Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout.

ARTICLE 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
TERRE SAINTE is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

ARTICLE 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the store is the exclusive property of TERRE SAINTE. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

ARTICLE 7 — AUTHORISED USE
You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes. Any fraudulent use will result in immediate suspension of your access.

ARTICLE 8 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, TERRE SAINTE shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the store.

ARTICLE 10 — GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of TERRE SAINTE's registered office.
