CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE — TERRE SAINTE
Les présentes Conditions générales régissent l'utilisation de la boutique en ligne terresainte.eu, exploitée par TERRE SAINTE. En accédant à notre boutique et en effectuant un achat, vous acceptez ces conditions.
ARTICLE 1 — COMPTE ET ACCÈS
Vous êtes seul(e) responsable de la sécurité de vos identifiants et de toutes les activités effectuées depuis votre compte. Vous vous engagez à fournir des informations exactes et complètes.

Nous présentons nos produits avec la plus grande précision possible. Les couleurs peuvent varier selon votre écran. Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ou retirer un produit à tout moment.

Toute commande constitue une offre d'achat. TERRE SAINTE se réserve le droit d'accepter ou de refuser toute commande. La commande n'est confirmée qu'après réception et traitement du paiement.
ARTICLE 4 — PRIX ET FACTURATION
Les prix peuvent être modifiés sans préavis. Le prix applicable est celui affiché au moment de la commande. Sauf mention contraire, les prix sont indiqués hors taxes et frais de port.
ARTICLE 5 — LIVRAISON
TERRE SAINTE ne peut être tenu responsable des retards de livraison imputables au transporteur ou à la douane. Le risque de perte est transféré à l'acheteur dès remise au transporteur.
ARTICLE 6 — PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
L'ensemble du contenu de la boutique est la propriété exclusive de TERRE SAINTE. Toute reproduction sans autorisation écrite est interdite.
ARTICLE 7 — UTILISATION AUTORISÉE
Vous vous engagez à utiliser la boutique uniquement à des fins licites. Tout usage frauduleux entraîne la suspension immédiate de votre accès.
ARTICLE 8 — LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ

TERRE SAINTE is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

Deze Voorwaarden regelen het gebruik van de online winkel terresainte.eu, beheerd door TERRE SAINTE. Door onze winkel te bezoeken en een aankoop te doen, gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
ARTIKEL 1 — ACCOUNT EN TOEGANG
U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de beveiliging van uw inloggegevens en alle activiteiten op uw account. U verbindt zich ertoe juiste en volledige informatie te verstrekken.
ARTIKEL 2 — PRODUCTEN
Wij streven naar een zo nauwkeurig mogelijke weergave van onze producten. Kleuren kunnen variëren afhankelijk van uw scherm. Wij behouden ons het recht voor een product te wijzigen of te verwijderen.
ARTIKEL 3 — BESTELLINGEN
Elke bestelling is een aankoopvoorstel. TERRE SAINTE behoudt zich het recht voor een bestelling te accepteren of te weigeren. Bestellingen worden pas bevestigd na ontvangst en verwerking van de betaling.

Prijzen kunnen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd. De geldende prijs is de prijs die op het moment van de bestelling wordt weergegeven. Tenzij anders vermeld, zijn prijzen exclusief belastingen en verzendkosten.
ARTIKEL 5 — VERZENDING EN LEVERING
TERRE SAINTE is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen door vervoerders of douane. Het risico van verlies gaat over op de koper bij overdracht aan de vervoerder.
ARTIKEL 6 — INTELLECTUEEL EIGENDOM
Alle inhoud van de winkel is het exclusieve eigendom van TERRE SAINTE. Reproductie zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming is verboden.
ARTIKEL 7 — TOEGESTAAN GEBRUIK
U verbindt zich ertoe de winkel uitsluitend voor wettelijke doeleinden te gebruiken. Frauduleus gebruik leidt tot onmiddellijke opschorting van uw toegang.
